Will I make the same amount of money as I did on previous rental properties?
Yes. Once we have established that the house is suitable, we assess what is required to convert the property, and then agree a monthly rental figure with you. This is almost always the same as what you would have received, allowing for costs.
Am I responsible for anything at all?
As landlord, you will need to make sure the exterior/structure of the building is sound. BillsAllIncluded.com is not liable for this type of repair, which would typically include things like damaged roof tiles, damp, window repairs etc. You also remain responsible for Buildings Insurance and of course your own mortgage if you have one.
How does BillsAllIncluded.com make their money?
Rather than rent your property to a group of tenants, on a single tenancy agreement (for example a family) we rent each room in your house to individual working professionals. The overall rent is much higher, although the workload is higher too! Thankfully, we have systems and processes in place to manage this workload through our experience in this area.
Is this sub-letting?
No BillsAllIncluded.com do not have an Assured Shorthold Tenancy with the owner/landlord of the property. Instead, we have a management contract, just as a letting agent would.
